John Adam Borsch was born January 23, 1973, to parents Clifford and Connie (Mein) Borsch in Alexander, Minnesota. John and his family came to Marshalltown at a young age but attended schools in various states. John Graduated from Kent High School in Washington as part of the class of 1992.
John came back to Marshalltown where he worked for various employments. He worked for JBS for a number of years before becoming self-employed doing overhead garage doors and handyman projects. John was known to be the life of the party at all times and loved to pull pranks on others. He had the love of his life, Deanna Hayden, whom he spent many happy years with. He was notorious for giving phone calls to you for extended periods of time no matter what time of day or night it was. Additionally, he loved to go to off roading events with his jeep, working on cars, attending car shows, being a jack of all trades and being an expert in mechanics. He adored his dog Misty who survives him and spending multiple days watching The Price Is Right. If given the chance to appear on the show he would doubt ace the challenges.
Those left to remember and cherish his memory are the love of his life, Deanna Hayden; his children, Anistyn Borsch and Alex Niederhauser; his parents, Connie (Richard) Johnston Kennelley and Cliff (Linda) Borsch; his siblings, Melinda (Billy) Roper, Joel (Tammy) McAnulty, Denise Smoldt, Carolyn Johnston, Jason (Amanda) Johnston and Andrea (Nick) Bucklin; He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Brian Borsch; his step-father, Dennis Johnston and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
