A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 6 at First Methodist Church in Marshalltown, Iowa. Visitation will be held one-hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Methodist Church Choir Program.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucy (McMullen) and Frank Ross, her husband Leo, son Ralph, brother Francis Ross, two half-brothers, a niece and a nephew.

She had resided in Marshalltown, Iowa, since 1961, living previously in Sioux City (city of birth) and Newton, Iowa.

Betsy was a member of First Methodist Church, Marshalltown, a charter member of the Lioness Club, Theta Chi Sorority and several bridge groups.
