Rose M. Ruth, 72, of Beaman, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Mercy Hospital Iowa City, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Abels Funeral and Cremation Service, Engelkes Chapel in Grundy Center. No further services will be held. Rose is survived by her husband of 22 years, Ron Ruth; her children Steve Sunkel and Dani Plaehn; stepchildren Brad and Adam Ruth; 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister Mary Peshel; sister-in-law Sharon Shoup and brother-in-law Jeff Ruth.
