Tony was born April 18, 1948, in Marshalltown, IA, & grew up in Ferguson, IA. He was the son of Wilfred Asa & Katherine Irene (Boyd) Good. Tony & Mary Vipond were united in marriage on September 29, 2020, in Edinburg, TX.

Tony graduated in 1966 from LDF High School in LeGrand, IA. He was a Veteran of The Viet Nam War, serving in the Navy aboard the USS Oak Hill (LSD 51). Having worked for Meads Dairy & Coca Cola, he finally retired as having his own Little Debbie Distributor.

He is survived by his loving wife Mary Vipond.

His children Heather & Mickey “Bundy” Good & his grandson Ruger Good.

Siblings Michael Good, Joan Riker, Kathleen Smith (Jack) & sister-in-law Marge Good. And loving cat Miss Kitty. He is also survived by several loving nieces & nephews.

He was united in death with his mother & father, brother Allen, Raymond “Fritz,” Lou & sister Shirley Davidson & her husband Warren.

Tony was a Huge Fan of the Yankees, loved watching The Andy Griffith Show & attended Mayberry Days in N.C. for several years. He was a great baseball player while in high school & also played basketball, football & ran track.

Funeral services are private. He will be buried at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, TX.

Funeral arrangements are provided by Ric Brown Family Funeral Home in Mission, TX.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date for family & friends in Marshalltown, IA.
