Delane Lewis “Dempsey” Cizek, 72, of Toledo, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024, at MercyOne in Waterloo. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Toledo with Pastor Tom Bower officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 9:30 AM until the time of service at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie, of Toledo; three children: Paige Valline, of Toledo, Julie (Kurt) Pudil, of Robbinsville, NC and Bryan (Rhonda) Valline, of Tama; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law; several cousins; a niece and a nephew.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
