Norlene Carmer
Norlene Marie Spidell-Carmer, 56, of Marshalltown, IA, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024, surrounded by her family at the Iowa River Hospice House in Marshalltown after her battle with Pancreatic cancer. Cremation rights were accorded and there will be no formal services at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
