Services for Jermaine will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. He is survived by his children, Aysa and Ayla Spencer; his siblings, Craig Spencer Jr., Jennifer Fisher, Tara Spencer and Justin (Maria) Spencer; his aunts and uncles alongside numerous other extended family members.
