Memorial Services for Richard Perry, 90, were held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 8, 2024, at the Iowa Veterans Home chapel in Marshalltown, IA. Chaplain Angela Doty officiated the service. Military Honors were held and burial will be at a later date.
