Memorial services for Paige will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Visitation will take place prior to the service; starting at 9:30 a.m. Memorials may be directed to the family for designation at a later time. Paige Marie Oetker was born on November 6, 1981 in Mason City, Iowa. She graduated from East Marshall High School in 2000. Paige had worked for just under a decade this year as the Secretary for the St. Francis Catholic School in Marshalltown. Paige enjoyed reading and watching paranormal television shows. She also liked hanging out with her friends. Paige was a volunteer at the Animal Rescue League in Marshalltown. She will be remembered for her love of cats and the cuddles that she would provide to them. Paige did not have children of her own, but proudly called her 4 cats: Tweedle, Hatter, Jaberwocky, and Cheshire along with 200+ students her children.

Paige is survived by her mother: Monica Eisenman (Mitch) of Clarion; father: Chuck Smoley (Christy); siblings: Jacob (Brooke) Oetker of Le Grand and their children: Bailey, Buddy and Wyatt; Megan (Aaron) Jobe of Fort Dodge and half-brother: Tanner Smoley. She is also survived by her grandma: Norie Kiley; Aunt and Uncle Julie and Ed Duran and their children: Amanda (Andrew) and Katie (Clay); Aunt and Uncle Pam and Al Winter and their children: Jesse and Brady (Cassie); uncle: Andrew (Angie) Eisenman; Great-Aunt: Cindy Eisenman; Great-Aunt and Uncle Ardella and Larry Book and their family. Paige is also survived by many more family members and numerous friends.

Paige is preceded in death by her grandfathers: Harold, Russell and Ray and grandmother: Bea.
