A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:15 A.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at Timber Creek Cemetery at 11:30 A.M. with a public graveside. Memorials in Toby’s name may be directed to his family for a later designation.
