Funeral services for Richard will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown with Pastor Gene Kubli officiating. Visitation and luncheon will be one-hour prior beginning at 12:00 P.M. He will be laid to rest following the services at Colo Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family. Richard is survived by his wife of 29 years, Marilyn; children: Joseph (Rebecca) King, of Toledo, and Michael King, of Cedar Rapids, a sister, Karen Sackett, of Minnesota, and six grandchildren.
