She is survived by her children; Debra (Jim) Avise, of Marshalltown, and Richard Jacobs, of Lake Tahoe, her two granddaughters; her great grandson and her siblings; Bonnie Ballantyne, of Ames, IA, and Chuck (Shirley) Ballard, of McCallsburg, IA, and many nieces and nephews.
