Jeremy is survived by his daughter Aubrie Amans, his parents: Peggy and Jeff Oetker, of Backus, Minnesota, his siblings: Cassie Amans, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Dustin Amans, of Lynnwood, Washington, his friend and mother of his child: Tiffany Fouts, his two labs and many aunts, uncles and friends.
