Michael is survived by his wife, Wava of 61 years, of Marshalltown; his daughter, Dawn (Tim) Minard, of Keota, IA; Doug Kurth, of Marshalltown; Travis (Denise) Kurth, of Bennington, NE. Also, survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
