Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at St. Francis of Assisi – St. Henry Catholic Church in Marshalltown. A funeral mass is also scheduled for Friday, September 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Henry Catholic Church. Cecilia will be laid to rest at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. Cecilia is survived by her husband Jose Isaul Urbina; her parents: Angel and Ma. Luz; her eight siblings: Ines, Esthela, Ramon, Amalia, Angel, Luis, Miguel and Daniel Regalado and 21 nieces & nephews.
