Services for Reita will take place on Monday, September 23 at 10:30 A.M. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery in State Center. Friends and family are also invited to attend a visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 22 at Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed in Reita’s name to Iowa River Hospice, the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer’s Association. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Willie; her two daughters: Cindy (Rick) Ward, of State Center, and Tammi (Rusty) Ryan, of Chester, MD; daughter-in-law Ann Paxson; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
