Marjorie Raum
Life-long resident of Marshalltown, Marjorie “Marge” Raum, 92, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her loving children on the evening of October 12, 2024. She was under the care of Iowa River Hospice.
Funeral services for Marjorie will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Those left to remember and cherish her memory are her daughter-in-law Marian Raum, of Conrad, IA along with her children, Melvin (Sondra) Raum, of Conrad, IA, Robin (Kim) Proescholdt, of Marshalltown, IA and Leanna (Don Schellhorn) Stamp, of Oelwein, IA; her nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; her siblings, Gertrude Malmquest and Helen Landis; sister-in-law, Norma Wallace and numerous nieces, nephews and other loved extended family members.
