Survivors include his parents, Shelley and Mitch Kriz, of Clutier; three brothers: Jacob Pearson, of Clutier, Calyb (Hellen) Kriz, of North Carolina, and Conner Kriz, of Iowa City; one sister, Tessa Pearson, of Iowa City; his paternal grandparents, Gary and Linda Pearson, of Clutier; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
