Margaret Dvorak
Margaret Jean “Peg” Dvorak, 86, of Elberon, passed away Thursday, December 26th following a brief illness surrounded by her family at the Keystone Care Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, January 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama, with Father Michael McAndrew as the officiant. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery in rural Vining. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama.
Peg is survived by her children: Doug (Kelly) Dvorak, of Walford, Diane (Joe) Losch, of Cedar Rapids, Dan (Diane) Dvorak, of Iowa City, and Denise Dvorak, of Garwin; her seven grandchildren that she adored greatly and her six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Rosie Welton; sister in laws, Pauline Sienknecht and Gracie (Kent) Meyer and many nieces and nephews.
