Survivors include his wife, Sheri, of Toledo; two daughters, Aubree McFate (Chris Blocker), of Toledo, and Autumn McFate, of Toledo; a grandson; his mother, Sue McFate, of Reinbeck; sisters, Pam (Rob) Werner, of Gilbertville, and Missy (Willy) Haughey, of Tama; mother-in-law, Sandy Meek, of Tama; brother-in-law, Brad (Gail) Meek, of Toledo; sister-in-law, Kim Meek, of Toledo; nine nieces and nephews and several great nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
