Jose Yepez Mora
With deep sorrow, we bid farewell to Mr. José Yepez Mora, who departed from this world at the age of 88, leaving an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Mass of Christian burial has been scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Francis of Assisi, St. Mary Catholic Church. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. also at the church, prior to the service. Jose will be laid to rest at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his children: Olga (Fernando Guevara) Yepez, Antonio (Maria) Yepez, Ana Maria Yepez (Ramiro Alocer), all of Marshalltown, Iowa, Elizabeth (Juan Avalos) Yepez, of Villachuato, Michoacan, Mexico; his 25 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, and his sister Adela Yepez of California.
