Loren Lorenzen
Loren Lorenzen was born August 30, 1936, to Elmer and Ada (Hanisch) Lorenzen. He was 88 years of age when he died May 21, 2025, surrounded by his wife and daughters on his farm. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Zion Lutheran Church in Dysart with Pastor Mark Urlaub officiating. Interment will follow at Dysart Cemetery. Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 4-7 PM at Zion Lutheran Church.
Loren is survived by his wife Lu, married 62 years; daughters: Ann (Charlie) Flatness, Sue (Darren) Trunck and Lora (Doug) Hefty; his eight grandchildren; his six great grandchildren and soon arrival of another baby boy; sister, June Meikle; sisters-in-law, Frances Lorenzen and Marian Lorenzen; and many nieces and nephews.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
