Rebecca R. Turner, age 49, companion to Mike Pruitt of Soperton, passed away on Monday evening, May 5, 2025 at Community Hospice in Vidalia.

Born in Iowa City, Iowa, she was the eldest of three children, born to Roger Louis Bailey and Glenda Rae Keith Bailey. Rebecca later settled in Hazlehurst, Georgia in 2002 where she lived until coming to Soperton in 2020. After settling in Soperton, she worked in the Deli at the original Let Convenience Store.

Rebecca was free hearted, caring, loving and helpful to anyone in need or less fortunate than her. She loved Jesus and was proud of her Assembly of God and Pentecostal roots.
