Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 47 years, Vicki; his daughters, Jen Jackson and Anna Jackson (Jaime Sandoval), all of Marshalltown; his four grandsons and two great granddaughters. He is also survived by his brothers, Gary Jackson and David Jackson, both of Marshalltown; his in-laws, John (Jackie) Six and Renee Schultz; his best friends and countless fishing buddies.

Per Duane’s wishes, cremation rites will take place. Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Mitchell Family Funeral Home, with a memorial service will begin at 7:00 P.M. Memorial donations may be directed to the family for later designation.
