Dorothy is survived by her children: Larry Hazen, of Lakeview, Arkansas and Sharon (John) Blunk, of Halfway, Missouri. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirty-seven great grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
