Jackie’s memory is honored by: two children, Shelly (Clint) Flaig, of Waverly, and Randy (Wendy) Warden, of Des Moines, Iowa; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister Sue Shapley, of Nevada, Iowa.

A celebration of her life will be held at Waverly Homes on July 19, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Waverly Homes Community Room/Office, 320 15th Street NW, Waverly, Iowa.
