Funeral services for Alfredo will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Elim Lutheran Church in Marshalltown, Iowa. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Memorials in Alfredo’s name may be directed to his family for a later designation. Those left to remember and cherish his memory are his daughter, Jill-lena Rico; his parents, Alfredo Sr. (Nora) Rico and Jill Guzman; his grandparents, Lena Jordan and Ramiro Rico; his siblings: Tyler Jordan, Miguel Rico, Arturo (Shyanna) Rico, Matthew Erney, Austin (Lilly) Rico, Agueda Diaz, Alejandro Rico and Jovanni Guzman. He is additionally survived by numerous aunts and uncles and his cousins.
