He is survived by his life partner Paula Blackstock; his four children: Scott (Trisha) Blackstock, of Marshalltown, Sara (Steve) Blackstock, of Holland, Adam (Candace) Blackstock, of Marshalltown, and Serena (Miguel) Montes, of Hampton; and his seven grandchildren.
