Left to cherish his memory are Mary, his loving wife of nearly 48 years; his children Joshua (Theresa) Levis and Brittni and Cody Perry; eight grandchildren that he adored. Joe is also survived by a man Joe looked up to like a father and took care of him to get him the best care and got him to appointments; his siblings: Diane Levis, Lorna (Denny) Betts, Cindy (Ricky) Dennis and Homer (Penny) Levis as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
