Deeanne Lasley
Deeanne Lasley “Ki-ske-na,” 60, of Toledo, passed away, Friday, October 10, 2025, at her home under the care of Iowa River Hospice. A Traditional Wake was held Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Eagle Clan Ceremonial Building on the Meskwaki Settlement, rural Tama. A Traditional Graveside Service will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Morgan Cemetery on the Meskwaki Settlement, rural Tama with Larry Lasley Sr. as speaker.
Survivors include her children: Jayna Lasley, of Marshalltown, Kayla (Ryson Sr.) Morgan, of Tama, Robert Morgan, of CA, and Korinda Timberwolf, of Tama; sixteen grandchildren; brothers: Luke Kapayou, Danny Wabaunasee, Talbert Davenport Jr., Jason (Jennifer) Davenport, Travis (Laura) Davenport, Delbert Davenport, all of Tama; sisters: Deneen Lasley, of Grinnell, Tamela (Kyle) Davenport, of Tama, and Melanie (Chris) Davenport, of Tama; and many nieces and nephews.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo is assisting the family with the arrangements.
