Dominga is survived by her children: Sandra Carolina Paz Velásquez from Guatemala, Víctor Manuel Paz Velásquez from Marshalltown, Gildardo Jerónimo Paz Velásquez from Guatemala, and Mirna Paz Velásquez (Julio César Reyes) from Marshalltown; her 17 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Marco Tulio, María Elena, and Carmen Velásquez López, María Alberta López de Aragón, and Ana María, Genoveva, and Olga Jeanette Velásquez Ozuna.
