Per the wishes of Bill and his family, cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services for Bill will take place on Friday, December 12 at 1:00 P.M. at United Presbyterian Church in Traer, where he was a faithful member and elder of the church. A visitation will be held one-hour prior, beginning at 12:00 P.M. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
