Dallas chose to be cremated, with his ashes to be combined with his wife at a later date and they be buried together at Maple Hill Cemetery, in Montour. A family-led celebration of life will be held at the Montour Community Center on April 6, which would have been their 75th wedding anniversary, 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. Dallas is survived by his wife of 74 years, Joyce (Flynn) Wiese, their children: Cheryl Wiese Kothenbeutel, Byron Wiese, David (Mary) Wiese, a brother Dale (Pat) Wiese, a sister, Joy West; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and many children he made a home for and their families as well as neighbors.
