Per the wishes of Harvey and his family, cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will take place on Thursday, February 26 (note date) at 10:00 A.M. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown, IA. Military honors will be provided by the combined VFW / American Legion of the surrounding area. Memorials may be directed to the family.
