Left to cherish his memory are his son: Ty Matthew Thompson; four grandchildren; his sisters: Mary Jo Smith, Carole (Dennis) Johnson and Annette (Jerry) Angle; as well as his nieces and nephews.

Per Craig’s wishes, cremation rites will take place. A private family graveside service will be held at Prairie View Cemetery near Gilman, Iowa. Memorial donations may be directed to Ty Thompson for later designation.
