Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Robin; his children: Nikki (Boo) Steuhm, John (Haley) Clark, and Jessica Clark (Derek); nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Debbie Clark (Joe Kunz), Merna (Clyde) Bearden and Rob (Tracy) Clark; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Haven Cemetery, rural Tama County. A family-led celebration of Lonnie’s life will be held at the Tama V.F.W. from 12:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Memorial donations may be directed to the family for later designation.
