Gareth Morgan
Gareth Robyn Morgan, 50, of Tama, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at his home under the care of UnityPoint Hospice. A Traditional Wake was held Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at the Fox Clan Ceremonial Building on the Meskwaki Settlement in rural Tama. A Traditional Graveside Service was held Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Morgan Cemetery on the Meskwaki Settlement in rural Tama.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth Pushetonequa; brothers: Gabriel R. Morgan, Gerald R. (Rosie) Morgan and Jeffrey “Tewa” Jefferson; sisters: Tika Morgan, Lucy (Beau) Lasley and Maggi Morgan; his children: Mileena Morgan, Dacia Morgan, Graylen Morgan, Gareth R. Morgan II, Miris Morgan; a grandson; two uncles; three aunts; two cousins; special friend; brother-in-law, Martin Arriaga Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
