Per Johnnie and his family’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, April 10, 2026 starting at 1:00 P.M. at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Marshalltown. In lieu of flowers, Johnnie’s family has requested memorial contributions to be directed to the family for a later designation. Left to cherish his memory are his three daughters: Leesa (Kurt) Terrillion, of Altoona, Rita (Troy) Barnes, of Conrad, and Valerie (Anthony) Lucking, of South Jordan, Utah; his four grandchildren; his five great grandchildren and his two sisters: Judy (Arlan) Thorson, of Ankeny, and Jane (Alvie) Smith, of Marshalltown.
