Donna (YoungBear) Wolf “Me ga ke”, 84, of Tama, passed away, Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Birkwood Village in Toledo. A Traditional Wake was held Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Bear Clan Ceremonial Building on the Meskwaki Settlement, rural Tama. A Traditional Graveside Service will be held Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Esikekweteki (Meskwaki) Cemetery on the Meskwaki Settlement, rural Tama.
Survivors include her children, Gail (Kevin) Kapayou, Prentiss (Danielle) Wolf Jr., Denise Wolf, Laureen (Derris) Keahna, Richard Wolf, Rhiannon (Tony) Chavarria, and Spencer Wolf; 31 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; sisters: Judith Bender, Robin (Luke) Kapayou, Staphnie Whitebreast, Ardelia Davenport, Lynn Morgan; brothers, Johnathan YoungBear and Frank Wanatee Jr; and many nieces and nephews.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
