Patricia Louise Packer, 65, of Tama, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Accura Healthcare of Toledo under the care of St. Croix Hospice. A Public Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Maple Hill Cemetery in Montour.
Survivors include her brother, James “Jay” Packer, of Tipton; sister-in-law, Marlene Packer, of Chelsea; three nephews; two nieces; two great nephews; two great nieces.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
