Samuel is survived by his two daughters, Deb (Joel) Rohne, of Northwood, IA, and Pam (Scott) Ferriss, of Marshalltown, IA; his two grandchildren; his brother, Carl (Becky) Scafferi, of Marshalltown; and several nieces and nephews.
