Darrell D. Heronimus, 90, formerly of Holland, IA and Marshalltown, IA, passed away peacefully at EveryStep Kavanagh House on July, 12, 2026. Darrell was born on April 15, 1936, in Holland, Iowa to Benjamin P. and Grace M. (Meyer) Heronimus.
Darrell is survived by his daughters: Susan (Scott) Abel, Kathy (Jason) Erickson and Heidi Heronimus; daughter-in-law, Christy Heronimus; brother, Gary (Nancy) Heronimus; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, along with his extended family.
An open house, Celebration of Life will be held on July 30, 2026, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., at Ankeny Attivo Trail, 1010 SW Magazine Road, Ankeny, Iowa.
