Franklin "Frank" Dean Albertsen, 81, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of dedication to agriculture, education and his family. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 23, 2026 from 4-7 PM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in rural Toledo.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Becky Albertsen; his children: Dacken (Sonja), Danzel (Gabby), Dawsen (Brandi Steck) Albertsen, Brooke (Brent) Beelner, and Daweyn (Elizabeth) Albertsen; and his sisters, Betty Price and Dorothy Mae (Bill) Hawks. He was a proud grandfather to 14 grandchildren.
