Karen (Stipanovich) Cody, 70, of Marshalltown, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Westbrook Acres in Gladbrook.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Chris (Sam) Alman, Shara (Josh) Coleman, Lynne (Jerry) Dolash, Katherine Alman and William "Billy" Alman; and her five grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Betty Stipanovich, David Stipanovich, Laura Sash, William "Bill" Stipanovich and Kathy Shipley.
Per Karen's wishes, cremation rites will take place. There will be a family-led celebration of life at the Riverview Community Center on Monday, October 19th from 1:30 until 3:30 P.M. This will be a potluck style gathering, please bring a dish to share if you desire. Memorial donations may be directed to an organization of your choice for Parkinson's research or to Westbrook Acres.
