Steven McCombs, 64, of Marshalltown and formerly of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. Steve is survived by his mom, Nancy McCombs; wife, Tracy McCombs; daughter, Kyleigh McCombs; a grandson; siblings: Cindy McCombs, Jim (Christine) McCombs, Kristy (Gregg) Lambert, Randy (Holly) McCombs, Chad (Monica) McCombs; sister-in-law, Tammy Wirth and brother-in-law, Cedric Brown. Bruce Oleson

Bruce died of a heart attack at the age of 67, in his home. He is deeply missed by friends and family alike. A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday September 14th from 12:00-3:00 P.M. at the Maytag Park- South Shelter in Newton, IA. Mary Faye Kaloupek, 90, of Toledo, passed away August 1, 2025, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. It was her wish to be cremated and Private Graveside Services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Toledo. Survivors include two daughters, Linda (Jim) Bailey, of Marshalltown, and Barbara Brown, of Marshalltown; daughter-in-law, Dee Kaloupek, of Fort Dodge; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; sister, Carol Overton; and several nieces and nephews. Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Christopher Taylor Edwards, 51, skilled product and UX Designer, of Chicago, passed away from natural causes after a lifelong battle with Neurofibromatosis Type 2.
