Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again and this is the Good News that makes life worth living. Jesus of Nazareth is the only human being and the only religious leader the world has ever known that has been raised from the dead never to die again. He is Alive and is the King of kings and Lord of lords and is going to come to earth again someday soon as Judge of the living and the dead to make all things new! With all of the darkness and discouragement and depression that our world deals with, there is no doubt that Jesus Christ is the Answer! The fact that Jesus Christ is raised from the dead and alive today means that his death on the cross is completely sufficient to pay the price for sin so that hopeless sinners can be eternally saved from the serious consequences of their sin! The Bible says that there is only One Name given under heaven by which we must be saved – and it is Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). He is our Only Hope! Those who trust in Him Alone for salvation can sing the words, “Because He lives, I can face tomorrow, because He lives, all fear is gone, because I know He holds the future, life is worth the living just because He lives.” For believers in Jesus Christ, the fact that Jesus lives means that our best days are not behind us but ahead of us!! Have you trusted in Jesus Christ as your Savior from sin and death? If not, you can do it this Easter!
