"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." Genesis 1:1,27. The singular personal pronoun "He" indicates that God is one person.

The Old Testament is clear that God the Father alone, by himself, by his wisdom, and by his word, created the heavens and the earth.
Jesus speaking in Matthew 19:4 and Mark 10:6: "He answered, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female,". "But from the beginning of creation, 'God made them male and female.'" Doesn't the singular pronoun "he" in Matthew confirm that Jesus is speaking of God as one person? In Mark 13:19, Jesus speaking"....from the beginning of the creation that God created...."
"At that time Jesus declared, "I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children;" Matthew 11:25
Peter and John praying inn Acts 4:24 "And when they heard it, they lifted their voices together to God and said, "Sovereign Lord, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and everything in them,"
Stephen quoting from Isaiah 66 in Acts 7:49-50: Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool....Did not my hand make all these things?"
Paul addressing the Areopagus in Acts 17:24,26:"The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place," In verse 31 God, the Creator is distinguished from Jesus.
Some would have us believe that Jesus created the universe. But, is that what the Bible plainly teaches? The testimony of Scripture is remarkably clear. The prophets, Jesus, Peter, John, Stephen, and Paul all point to God the Father as the Creator of the heavens and the earth. If certain passages appear to present a different story, there must be an explanation that preserves the harmony of God’s Word. In the coming weeks, we will carefully examine a couple of these passages to see whether they truly depart from this consistent biblical narrative.
