The Repubs could not agree on the duties of a dog catcher. Holding the presidential office, both houses of Congress, and a working majority of the Supreme Court; provides an unequal ability to control the political agenda. What happens? They seem to be pleased with the “Flat Liner” perspective of their performance.
The Dems can’t do anything but look for of Putin’s footprints in any Republican meeting; convened accidentally, even in a restroom.
