City Government only works if you are involved

For over 26 years the Marshall County Pachyderm Herd has been providing a service to the community through its weekly luncheons every Friday over the noon hour currently at Legends American Grill. At these luncheons the community has been provided special and personal access to the movers and shakers of our community (city and county) as well as state and federal elected officials and dignitaries. From presidential candidates to local community leaders you have had the opportunity to meet and as the questions important to you.

On Nov. 5 an election will be held to determine who will represent you on the Marshalltown City Council. Every Friday until the election these candidates will be available for you to meet in a small and personal atmosphere. All eight candidates have been invited to make themselves available to you so you can be heard. Seven of the eight have accepted the invitation to answer your questions while 2nd Ward Councilman Gabriel Isom has not, to date, responded to or accepted the invitation.

City government only works if you are involved. Join us and meet these fine candidates Fridays at Legends.
