I represent Senator Grassley in 21 counties across Central and South Central Iowa. Part of my job is to hold annual open meetings in each county to listen to concerns and take opinions about specific issues, along with helping Iowans with personal issues and requests. This can range from getting a milestone birthday greeting from Senator Grassley or the President of the United States, a flag flown over the Capitol, scheduling a Capitol tour or helping with any federal agency. Examples of assistance with federal agencies may be the IRS, Social Security, VA, USDA, State Department, etc.

Please consider attending one of the meetings I will be holding on Oct. 15. I will be in Marshall County from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Marshalltown Public Library, 105 W. Boone St.
